lPrepare by user

-Cooling water circling system

-Other accessories such as pipeline, valve, connection flange, pressure meter, fiberglass cooling tower , etc. are fit out based on the locale by the user. The cubage of the cooling water pool should not be small than 300 m3.

ØRoller cutting machine-It compose of DC driving motor (Z41323 15kW 1000r/min), spindle wheel swinging reducer slow down. -Roller machine is equipped with 2 pairs or roller blades, respectively as rolling shear. -Cutting length :700mm.-Used to cut the starting part of ingot which is not meet the requirement of ingot billet. Also could be used to cut the ingot produce from casting machine when the milling machine was breakdown.
