• The offered furnaces were fundamentally modernised in 2006 on the ground of the
furnaces "Jatam 3200", manufactured in 1972 by Polish company ZAM K_ty.
• Modernisation was performed by Polish companies: electrical equipment by Temer;
furnace bodies and steel structures by Piec-Bud.
2 Scope
2.1 Main components of each furnace:
• furnace body with refractory lining and suspended inductor • supporting structure
with mounting/tilting frame and two hydraulic cylinders • self-driven charge feeding device •
hood and waste gas extraction system • main supply electrical equipment and
supply of auxiliary and control devices • electrical cabinet and control/measurement desk
2.2 Erection and commissioning at Customer's site
At present, the furnaces are installed (not working) at Copper Alloy Casting Plant Poland.
The offer includes disassembly, as well as erection and commissioning at the

Part B: Delivery Terms
The goods shall be delivered within 60 days after the receipt of down payment.
l  Destination port: Buyer Designated Port.
l  Packing: Export and Sea-worthy at the Seller’s sole expense.
l  The cargo, insurance and delivery of the commodity by ocean freight to the destination port are at the Buyer’s sole expense.
l  The Buyer is responsible for the import customs clearance and internal expense.
Part C: Commissioning and Warranty
Commissioning and Training:                  7 days of one engineers in the workshop of the Buyer
l  The cost of the engineers of the seller for the commissioning should be on the buyer, including the round-trip flight tickets, insurance, food and lodging, and the salary USD50 per person per day.
l  Acceptance: During commissioning, the whole set works normally and should be accepted by the Buyer by signing the acceptance report.
l  Warranty: Warranty for parts and labor for manufacturing defects, or damage incurred by technicians during commissioning, for a one year period from the date of commissioning. Except damage caused by accident or abnormal operation and consumable spare parts.
Part D: Payment Terms
a. The buyer will receive a proforma invoice in the total amount of promptly on finalizing of the contract. And 30% of the total amount of the contract shall be paid to the seller as down payment by TT within 7 days;
b. On approval of the proforma invoice by the buyer's bank, the buyer's bank will open an irrevocable L/C in favor of the seller in the 70% total amount of contract, and the validity of L/C shall be at least 9 months.
c. The 70% amount of the contract shall be paid to the Seller by draws on the L/C as follows:
1) 60% of the total amount shall be paid to the seller on sight of shipping documents;
2) 10% of the total amount shall be paid to the seller on sight of buyer acknowledgment that the commissioning is completed but in any event not later than 90 days after the date of draw 1) above. The buyer shall provide the acceptance report to the seller promptly upon completion of commissioning.
